Our little learner

Iver (3.5 next month) really loves "school" and has been asking more and more for us to help him "spell"/ write things at home.  He can identify several classmates' names, and can very legibly write his own name, along with some other simple words (Dad, Mom, etc.). He is also starting to understand the sounds of many consonants (and some vowels) put together.

Here is him this weekend, enthusiastically reading some simple 3-letter words I wrote for him:

It's so fun seeing his learning take off! We love his preschool, which gets credit for most of these skills!
