I was sad to hear of Jane Goodall's passing this week at age 91. She was a remarkable woman, who did so much for appreciation of the natural world, animals, and the humanity in all of us.
My sister got to meet her during her time in Tanzania in 2018!
Her Book of Hope was a deeply comforting read for me after the pandemic, having climate anxiety, and worrying about the aftermath of Trump's first presidency (little did we know he'd be our problem... again).
May she rest in peace-- she surely deserves it for her incredible life well lived.
