I am exhausted....
...from August, where our community hospital broke the county record for births in one month (76, of which I did 21 [22 babies with one set of twins!], certainly a personal record -- see News articles/video here and here [where I get a shout-out!]).
... from night wakings (which were down to 1-2 and now back up), thanks to, I think, ... teeth.
And I needed these FB posters (particularly for a mom who feels like sometimes all I do is work and serve other people):
I have a brief breather tonight. Before the holiday call weekend. September HAS to be less crazy.

(Last week, Iver's first lower tooth erupted. We think the top two are trying to bust through... which led to a looooong night last night. We're going to try some tylenol tonight).
...from clinic stress. Today, our computers were not working well due to (I think/I heard) an AT&T cable being cut (?) south of us, which wreaks havoc when you rely on EMR for patient encounters. This morning really sucked (the problem thankfully seemed to be fixed by the afternoon).
Thank goodness for nice patients and great staff- we had some good laughs this week, too.

Hang in there! I can only imagine how tired you guys are. We just have our jobs and the two of us and we're tired.
I think August was cursed for a lot of people this year. I hope it gets better for you!!
