The kids got a one-year family local zoo membership for Christmas from Theresa, and we've enjoyed it several times over the past few months.
There has been a "Sky Walk in progress... Opening soon!" sign for many months during our visits, and the kids were anxiously awaiting its opening. As current zoo members, we were invited to a "Sneak Peek" during select Monday and Saturdays, and signed up this past weekend, with masks and distancing observed. Unfortunately, due to a call weekend switch and active labor patient, I wasn't able to go with the family, but the kids and Kelvin really enjoyed their visit (and hope to return again, repeatedly, especially this year as it’s paid for, when it's widely open to the public).

After the one hour on the Sky Walk, they visited the regular parts of the zoo and caught a feeding of one of the famous red pandas, one of Sequoia Park Zoo's main attractions.
I hope to be able to check out the Redwood Sky Walk in the near future, and the kids already want to go back ASAP! There also should be a bear and coyote exhibit (with sign stating also coming soon...) about which Iver is very excited!
